I was really surprised to find this website and to witness all the progress you have made since I left NC over two years ago. I had no idea you had such an extensive background in herbs and would like to know what you would recommend for severe hypoadrenia.
Are you familiar with Dr. Wilson’s work? He has been studying the syndrome for years and his credentials are amazing. I’m reading his book and have been amazed to find out that I have been compromised by this syndrome since I was a young girl. I lack the finances to do all that I need to do to heal right now, but would like to know what your advice would be regarding herbal therapy to heal compromised adrenals. Also, I would like to know if you offer the grindelia herb to purchase? So gratified to see you doing well. I’m hoping to return to NC this summer if all comes together. Yes, I am familiar with Dr. Wilson’s work. He resides in Tucson where I lived for nine years and was the Director of Resources for World Health. I am well aware of adrenal fatigue being that it is one of my major issues, also since childhood, when my adrenals were zapped by medication I was given for mold allergies and asthma, among other things. I teach in the energetic model and draw on the wisdom of Chinese Five Element Theory. In TCM the kidneys and adrenals are seen as one organ system. I teach a class on this called “Hidden Treasure: Kidney Essence & The Water Element.” I highly recommend that you take this class. It is a lot of bang for the buck and you get personal mentoring and webinar interaction. I don’t sell grindelia, but you can get it from Taos Herb Company.
